Alchemist's Apprentice
This is a painting I started a long time ago, (sigh) freakin 3 years ago, actually. At the time, I challenged myself to create a more complex painting with an interesting story. So I used my character from my D&D campaign, a goblin artificer who had a bit of an alchemist in him.
I wanted to make something more cozy, something that would warm the heart, so in the scene I depicted the master alchemist and my goblin studying on a rainy day, accompanied by a good cup of tea – the best tea Emilio, my goblin, has ever had.
